Course Payment Information

Payments shall be made in full prior to sign in.
Method of Deposit Payment: Personal Checks, Bank Draft, Cash, Visa, Master Card.
There will be a fee of $30.00 for returned & insufficient checks.
Payments are Non-Refundable. If you are unable to make the Course you signed up for, you may reschedule your time for a later Course within 15 days of your original Class date. You may reschedule one time only.
Any other cancellations thereafter will void your Sign Up Contract and deposit.
All participants will receive a receipt when they come to the Course and Sign In at the door.
